Default Does anyone know what this part is?

Hi, i bought an 87 sami a couple months ago and today decided to check out all of the vacuum lines. Apparently the previous owner just randomly guess when it came to hooking them up. I had to fix about 50% hoses that were misplaced. I used a guide that i found online. Now there is one line that they did not even mention.. and i can not figure out what the part is or where the line is supposed to go, so i just plugged it for now.

Here is a picture where i have circled the part in green. Please disregard the red as i borrowed the picture from the guide. Also i notice another hose in the picture running beside it down into the same area near the firewall. Anyone know what this is and where it goes? Thanks!

It's the air conditioner idle up actuator.

Blower motor doesn't work, so i guess it's fine that i just plugged this line with a screw. Thanks.

There is a different idle-up actuator for the blower motor and headlights. That one is in the factory service manual.

The one pictured is activated by a solenoid tied to the A/C switch. It is not in the FSM... Moot point if the blower doesnt work though...
