Default Carb Float Level

I have a stock 1988 samurai. Float level is messed up. Does anyone know the correct measurement of the top of float to air horn gasket? And is the measurement with gas in the carb or without.

i dont knnow what your talking about but i do know that my 87 has a glass window in front of the carb and when its off or runing its always at half way full. hope that helps you
