Some call that an 88.5. (square vents)
The tach is connected to the trim package for the Sami.
While you shop for the front clip ask also about the speedo cluster tach. The older clip will mostly fit but the older (round vent) dash tach will have to be altered as the wiring will not be exact.
When you find a dash with the OEM tach and square holes it is simply remove the whole cluster and plug into your dash all the plugs should be correct.
If your Sami has the standard coil any 4 cylinder tach will work when wired in.
Some owners fill the square holes with gauges as they only work with A/C if you have it.
