Default stalls when engine warms up

My '88 Samurai idles and drives well untill engine warms up then it starts to stall like its getting to much or not enough gas. When it starts to stall I can unhook the rubber hose from the EGR valve to the EGR modulator and it idles somewhat better. Replaced the cat and exhaust system [rusted out], EGR valve [hole burned thru rear of valve], EGR modulator, 02 sensor, ignition coil, PCV valve, fuel filter, ran Sea Foam thru carb and gas tank, vaccum lines looks to be all hooked up and ok. I live in a non inspection area of West Tn. Thanks for any suggestions.

My best advice is to get a Weber carb kit for it and do away w/ the Smog/Emissions system, since you live in a non-inspection area. They run just fine w/o it, I have a Holley carb on mine, I don't know why, but I do, used engine.
