Default replaced H2O Pump, now it seems to be out of time???

I had to remove the timing belt on my 87 samurai to change the H2O pump, now it won't run!! I didn't think i moved the crank or cam pulley so i figured i should just be able to put the belt back on and roll with it ..... no such luck. Would some of you gurus please chime in with what i need to do to try and remedy this?
Are there marks on the sprockets that need to be lined up in a certain way? Please help me out fellas!!

From what I've read, you have to line the cam/crank up to a certain point, make sure there's no slack, etc. There are full manuals for the Samurai here:

Oh, also, did you have to take the radiator out to get to the timing belt/get the cover off? I need to check the belt since I got a used engine.

thanks guys!

A couple more questions:

The book seems to say that once i get the marks lined up I can let the tensioner plate go and the spring will tighten the belt to where it needs to be, then i tighten the tensioner plate stud and the tensioner bolt. is this correct? I know when i looked at it before taking the belt off, the tensioner plate was all the way down so that is the way i put it back on. should I just let the spring do its thing then tighten it where it settles?

Also, the book says that I need to loosen all the valve retaining screws before turning the cam shaft pulley to line up the marks. Is this necessary?

Thank you for the bit of information about the radiator.

Personally I'd just let the spring do its thing BUT check to make sure the belt isn't loose when you get it tight. According to this manual I got for a 87 from the site I linked to, you have to line the marks up on the crank/cam gears, loosen the tensioner, pop the belt on, make sure the tensioner is hand tight, turn the crank clockwise twice, matching the marks up again (This is to make sure no slack is there.), then tighten the tensioner w/ a wrench. Also you're supposed to loosen all valve adjusting screws on ALL the valves so the cam will move freely.

That, basically, is what the manual says to do when installing the timing belt, except they were basically tearing the engine down and rebuilding it, but the section on timing belt inspection refers specifically back to that section.

Oh, yours is an 87, as well. The Suzuki Download Archive link I posted has the manual I'm looking thru/using.
