Default park, battery, and sensor lights on HELP!!

My sammy has a new engine a bad throw out bearing, I just put a reman alternator and new battery last sunday. All my wires are tight and secure I put a volt meter on the batt. while not running it was 12v, then did it with the engine running and it got to 13.99v it probably would of gone higher but it was the end of my lunch break so I ran out of time, any one know what the hell is going on with my poor sammy oh yeah it has started to surge a little after the dummy lights came on help me please.
