Default blower motor removal

I just bought a 88 samurai an was checking everything an found that my heater blower motor isnt working so pulled the brushes out of motor. (while in the vehicle) an it is defintely burned up so my question is they an easy way to replace the motor instead of taking out the dash thanks

HEHE! A better question is whats the easiest way to remove the dash

All joking aside... you will need to remove the dash. I'm sure there are a few experts that can walk you through that.
