Exclamation Valve leash

I installed a new "stock" cam in my 1.3L. Can someone please tell me what the valve leash order is?! The book i have is very old and just does not seem right. I did it as the book says and have a lot of clatter in my valves as well as a high idle i can't get rid of. Any info would greatly help.

8 valve lash setting. The 1.3 and 1.6 are the same.

The high idle is caused by a vacuum leak. Check ALL your vacuum lines and make that that all the control valves are plugged in correctly.
