The floor and bed of my 97 sammy is rusting out. Worst area is along fenders and bed floor and drivers floor. Any suggestions for repair?

I would say cut sections of your floor out, and use them to make templates on thicker sheet metal, and weld them in. You dont need corrigated steel, the factory only uses it so their paper thin sheet metal wont deflect.

When I got my sammy we had basically the same issues. This is what we did:
Link.

Throw some carpet over it, better than rust, easier than trying to cut, form, and sew in new panels.
