Default Jimny 4wd Help wanted

Please help. Ive just replaced the front drivers side King Pins and drive shaft seal, and the big ball joint seal on my Jimny, I have avm manual locking hubs fitted so I no its not a vacumme problem, but I can only get 3wd the drivers side half shaft does not seam to be engaging in the front axle when the hubs are locked, the offside is fine and turning the proshaft as it should. I can not see where Ive gone wrong and there are not nasty noises, is possible that I have put the shaft back in incorectly, any advice would be very welcome.
Thanks
