Try to figure out which side is clicking, and then start with the hubs.
Disassemble and check for cracks, worn splines or lack of proper lubrication in the locking hub.

Are the wheels getting smooth power while driving (pulling) across soft surfaces?

The birfield is a common break that can cause clicking or (when broken) loud popping.

There is a good start...

Get the kits from reputable dealers (not on the 'bay) and yes.
