Very nice! Where did you get the Turbo? Never heard of a Turbo for the 8V 1.6!

Thanks, Its a pretty simple setup.
Everything was made/installed by me. Top mount, FMIC, charge pipes, Downpipe, exhaust and all electronics.
Turbo manifold was pretty simple to make. Hardest part was making sure the runners where equal length. <-- 20 1/2 from flange to collector.
DDS3 injection kit was bit hard to install. It currenlty being triggered by a hobb switch w/relay.

wow that's some crazy pipework man. Have you upgraded anything on the drivetrain or suspension other than the clutch? I waS thinking 4 or 5 psi would be plenty for the stock components.. I cant even imagine trying to run 20psi boost on an unmodded engine and drivetrain!

crazy fast... the front wheels are hardly touching the ground!

Yeah! Would this set up work after converting the engine from EFI to Carb?

Thanks.
Nothing has been upgraded. Everything is still stock. The clutch is custom act 6 puck/no springs
I was told these engines couldnt handle no more than 7-8psi with stock internals and so i decided to boost 20psi to prove them wrong. lol
Keep in mind im injecting M1, M3 meth, alcohol to keep it from detonating.

I started with 7psi, then worked my way up to 22-22ish psi. I was able to increase timing with Alcohol. Oem FPR was removed and AFPR was installed. Fuel pressure is set @ 46ish

If youre able to keep the afr between 10.8 - 11.7 on full boost anything is possible.
