Default how to remove broken screw?

I had to drill the head off a screw because it is stuck, usually i have enough left over to remove with vice grips, but not this time, so now i have a broken screw which is absolutly flush with the panel, there is a tiny bit of the threads sticking out of the backside of the nut, and i tried to take the screw out clockwise from the nut side, but it didnt budge and i just stripped the threads on the bottom of the screw, so now i need to take the screw out clockwise so i dont damage the nut with the damaged threads. help, any good ideas, methods?

In my tool chest I have some various 'easy outs' They enter whats left of the screw through the hole you drill. Then tighten to the sides of the hole. They
turn in 'left hand thread style' You did not say which screw you were removing. If it is one of the fat body screws like hinge type I would heat it up
and let it cool, before putting the 'easy out' into it...to remove the locktite stuff Suzuki used to keep them in.
Be careful though...you usually have only one chance to get it done.

thanks 4 the reply! after i made the op i went out to mess with the screw, i ended up drilling it out, but went in crooked and drilled out have the threads in the nut. #3 phillips goes in the nut, this is the screw that holds down the bracket for the battery tie down. what can i size can i tap it? it needs to fit a #3 screw, a bolt wont work because it will make contact with the bottom of the battery.

it is too late for you but next time try heating the nut with a torch then twisting out the screw.

As has been pointed out previously, Suzuki uses a perverse permanent threadlocker that defies normal tools, either hand or power. I've found it on door hinges, and ECM screws, among others.

HEAT is the answer. I ended up welding a nut onto the head of the tailgate-hinge screws. The heat of welding did the trick and the screw/nut combination twisted right out. I got the ECM screws out by removing the battery and using a heat gun, gently, on the nut welded onto the firewall side so I could twist out the screws from under the dash. Replaced all with stainless hex bolts from the Samurai stainless hardware kit at Breeze Industries .
