Default Fitting reverse parking sensors to 2001 Jimny

I have just purchased a 2001 Jimny and have bought some cheap reverse parking sensors to help the wife park.

It comes with two stick on sensors and a control box to be placed in the boot. The control box has wires that need to be fixed to the "reversing lights" circuit.

I do not have the owners manual and cannot see a place in the Jimny's boot where the reversing circuit/wires can be reached. Where are these located?

This is the sensor manual

Please help.

Best to ask on a Jimny specific forum, there should be a connector somewhere thats designed to allow towbar electrics to plug in, probably behind one of the rear light clusters. Try this forum:

www.jimny.se - a site made for Suzuki Jimny and it's owners only
