Default Heater question

When I put the heat on the floor option, it blows nice hot air out, but when I select the dash vent option it blows cold air (two vents in the middle of the dashboard). Unless this is how it's supposed to be on this car, every vehicle I've ever owned blows warm air out of any option you pick if you have it on the warm temp setting. So what do you think is causing this?
Thx

Blowing cold air out the dash vents is the way it is setup to do. If you'll notice the little arrow pointing at the head shows blue instead of red. I had a 94 and that was how it worked. Would be nice if it didn't tho.

I didn't even notice the blue at the head! Well okay, then that's the way it's supposed to be. Thanks for answering that, but yeah I agree, it would be nice if it didn't work that way.
