Default no power to flashers

what would cause no power to flashers, turn signals not working, keeps blowing a fuse as soon as the key is turned on? The tail lights and brake lights work fine. It's a 1988 Samurai.

sounds like its short circuiting somewhere. best bet is to either check all the wiring, or have an electrician take a look at it

The last time that happened to me it was a wire I had squished between two metal panels that was shorting the system. Check the wiring harnesses (especially under the hood going down the sides of the fenders) for pinched or frayed wires.
