Will the dual overhead cam 1.3 Suzuki Swift GTI 4 cyl engine bolt up in A 88 Sammy?

Yes but you need an adapter for the dizzy or you'll have to cut a hole in the bulkhead.

the newer maruti gypsy(samurai) uses the 1.3 DOHC engine. but they replaced the distributor with an electronic ignition. The older G13B engine has the distributor sticking straight out the back oriented horizontally in line with the engine. I don't think there's anything critical where you would need to cut into the transmission tunnel to make room for it, but maybe earlier models of the jimny or the gypsy G13b (prior to electronic ignition) have the vertically mounted distributor.

I don't think that Maruti uses the G13B engine, I'm pretty sure that they have either the SOHC G13BB engine or the DOHC M13 engine.

Yup, the "dizzy" is the distributor.

Yes dizzy = distributor. Its a commonly used term in the UK, sometimes I forget I'm on an international forum.
