Question help wet crotch

hi all went for a drive in the wife's car the other day and when she braked a trickle of water came out of the sun roof around the rubber covering the edge of the sun roof i looked at the seal and it looks ok it has been parked in the drive for a few weeks any idea where to look

umm.. year, make, model of vehicle might help. Is it a tin top?factory removeable hard top? Aftermarket?

Judging fron the name - it would have to be a Land Rover

fordem is right i've got a land rover the toy is the miss's year 2001 factory fitted sun roof winding handle to run the window back tin top

you do know this is a suzuki forum for the Sierra/Jimny/Samurai don't you? I don't know much about land rover stuff..

I would say it is the sunroof seal most likely, but if you want more expert advice go to our Land Rover Forums. I run that site too.

If I'm reading him correctly - he does have a Land Rover - but - the question he's asking is not about his Land Rover, it's about his wife's car, which is a tintop '01 Sierra/Jimny/Samurai with a factory fitted sunroof.

ok, after reading that explanation and then re-reading the prior posts, I can see that now.... thanks for your insight fordem, now we just need someone with an -01 tintop with a factory sunroof to come forward with a solution.
