Check out PetroWorks
They are about 55 miles north of you in Fallbrook. Gary has a great reputation and more experiance under a zook hood then most of us in the hobby.

1.6 16 valve - turn key. $4700
add $200 to have it taken to the smog referee station.

+1 for Petroworks in Fallbrook.
Very good people and willing to take the time to answer questions.
I just got my Samurai back from having them sort out some issues for me.

Yeah, X3 with Petroworks. Gary is a really great guy to deal with. He reaaly does know his Samurai stuff. Depending where your at in SD, it's only a 30-40 minute drive. I know, I work in SD and live in Temecula. So Petroworks is on my daily route.
