Default Distributor leaking oil? maybe

Is this a common problem. my motor usually is preety clean; but noticed oil near the base of the distributor,

There are two o-rings. One on the distributor shaft and another between the head and the angle mount. Here is a link to the quick fix kit.

Had that same problem on mine. We traced it to a brittle o-ring in the distributor. Replacing it fixed the problem.
