Default offroad 4x4 mobile phone holder

I have a jimny and am in need of a very rough terrain offroad phone holder. Have a suction cup one now which isnt suitable have to take phone off it as it swings wildly side to side. What i need is something very stable for rugged bush use so if anyone knows or has design please let me know thanks.

I have a pocket on my shirt with a velcro closed flap, way safer there and no way the phone can bounce round and get damaged. If you do find something that works, I'd like to know as well. Nothing I have found hold the phone securely enough.

I think some custom bracket will be your best idea. All the commercially available holders are (naturally) designed to support as many different sizes of cell phones as possible - as well as support as many different mounting locations and angles as possible.

Because of this, the joints/clamps that they are made of tend to move and shift a lot with bumps and vibrations.

Custom making something specific to YOUR device and YOUR mounting location/angle would be the best way to ensure a solid mount.
