Default Do you have a good condition 88.5 Samurai? Please read.

I'm trying to work out and verify my 88.5 Samurai's vacuum hose routing (mainly all the emissions stuff) is correct. After scouring through the FSM & the internet, there are still some ports that I'm not sure goes to where.

If you have a 88.5 (square air vents) that's in good condition and is properly routed, please contact me. I'm willing to pay some dollars for someone to work with me so I can get a good set of photos, and maybe some followup photos.

Thanks in advance!

Don't know if my USA workshop manual matches that diagram, haven't got 3 hours spare to check

Thanks for the excellent diagrams! I have never seen the 1st one, and have been tracing the 2nd one (that one's from the FSM).

One of my major questions is the secondary throttle valve actuator system. I think it's parts 15, 16, 17 in the 2nd diagram...It seems to be missing in the 1st diagram.

I think I've identified part 17 on my Samurai...it's mounted on the carb. However, the actuator is currently not connected to anything I was wondering what it should look like in real life

Those are really pretty pictures...unfortunately I need the other corner of the carb. Also, none of the EGR stuff is mounted on it

I can't open the link you listed:

Found some pics and have put this together. Don't know who originally took them but they made a good job of it

It's a large pic/file so have linked to it https://www.mediafire.com/convkey/14...7mqkupt1zg.jpg
