Default Dang I lost a hub!

Well Im gone for a month and somehow lost a hub while my car was parked. Now, I suppose it could have rattled free but Im guessing someone stole it. Anyway its on my tracker but they were samurai aisin hubs so I thought Id ask here if anyone has one theyd sell me?

Did you use the cone washers when you fitted them? If you don't cone washers with the Aisin hubs, you will lose them.

I found one, no thanks to YOU GUYS! Lol, JK . This time come washers and lots of red lock tite.

I actually don’t quite understand the purpose of the cone washers. They would seem to bind on the screws which would make them harder to tighten and get reliable torque. I guess they are for centering the hub precisely? But why not a lip on the flange for that, or a dowel sleeve.

They are a form of lock washer - like a taper on a hub.
