Default 2019 Suzuki Samurai!

Suzuki, my first car was a 1986 Samurai hard top. I loved that little thing. Sadly, I owned and drove it for only 2 years from 1988 to 1990. Miss having it is an understatement. Suzuki, you should build the Samurai again for the U.S. market with some changes, of course. My suggestions are to keep the design of the late 1980s model except have not only a 2 door version but also a 4 door as well. The 2 door model should be 147in long, 65in wide, and 65in tall, with a 96in wheelbase. The 4 door model should be 170in long, 65in wide, and 65in tall, with a 110in wheelbase. Engine options could be a 2.0 liter gas or 1.6 diesel. Best to offer a 2WD, AWD, and 4WD versions. Try to get mixed MPG results of at least 35 or better, especially in the diesel. Get to working because I'm not getting any younger! Appreciate it!

Let's be realistic - ASMC filed for bankruptcy back in 2012, I don't see the probability of them building any vehicles for the US market any time in the near future.

That makes me wonder what markets are going to get the new Jimny posted above. Little 4x4's are popular here in the UK, I assume were going to get it.

That Suzuki has given up on the North American market (or vice-versa) is a shame, really.

But about three times the size. And it is a little more comfortable than a Sammy.
