I have inquired with two separate sellers on Alibaba and gave up on that idea.

I will be putting together my own most likely using 3/32" hot rolled steel and 1/4" plate, that should stand up to anything I plan to do with the Tracker.

The cost of shipping was in the US $250 - $300 range and the prices were $350 - $450 for the bumpers.
There were no specs on what gauge steel the bumpers were made from but my guess is they are from 14 - 16 gauge if even that.

I think the inflated shipping cost on these items is one of those games to make one think the product weighs more than it actually does.
Though it is difficult to know for sure they appear to be simply made of light sheet metal stamped and pressed and not cut, bent and welded.
I would avoid them.
Try a local welding shop and talk to them about making one out of whatever size tubing you fancy, steel plate can then be added.

I'm here in the USA.
