Exclamation Help!!! How to increase ride comfort, power and speed?

My jimny specs:
I have a Suzuki jimny model sj40V.
My tires are maxxis bighorn size 33x12.50
i'm using beadlock rims
And Im using a 3A toyota engine.
Im on calmini leaf springs
And my shock absorbers are explorer procomp ES 2000.

i have some questions on how to improve the ride comfort of my jimny since the ride now is hard. and i also hear a sound like loose change or coins clinking when i brake and accelerate. i dunno where the sound is comming from. also how would i improve power and maximum speed??
any help would be much appriciated.....thank you

Check tire pressure & shock compatibility( shock length vs. lift height).
Checktiming
