Help me to improve jimny performance

Hi
I live in Middle East and I have jimny 2013 AT LHD M13A 37000km I donít know its vvt or not

I use jimny for off-road in dessert

The issue is very slow and the power quick drop

I canít climbing desert hill or go off-road without stuck because the power drop

So I want you to help me to increase the power

Give me idea to improve the performance with low cost .
In our market m16a vvt or m 15a vvt or j 20a are available we dont have m18a

I want the car to be daily use and have more than 125 hp

For that kind of power you would need an M16A from a Swift Sport or a supercharger kit like this one:

but how i know if my engine is vvt or not
if not and i swap it with m16a vvt what will hapen ?

because in our market only we have vvt swift

There is difference in m16a vvt eninge if its 2006 or 2008 or 2010 or 2012

Default Can i swap m13a non vvt with m16a vvt ?

Hi

It seem my jimny is non vvt

The problem is our market only have swift m16a vvt or m15avvt

so i Think if i replace my jimny ecu and wire harness non vvt with Swift m16a vvt ecu and wire harness it will be possible
My idea it will work or no? there is any problem ?

Give your advice what i should do ?
