Hopefully, it came with the mounting hardware...

There is a latch loop that bolts to the center of the floor towards the rear of the bed. Also there are also two threaded mounting holes where the front seat hinges bolt to the floor. These bolts along with the bolts for the latch loop should be available at any hardware store in the Metric section.

If the latch loop is missing, it may be necessary to hunt one down in a salvage yard (this is a long shot...) or possibly find one in the "wanted" forum on the "hardcore" sites like Zuwharrie.bbs, Zukiworld.com or Zukikrawlers.com.

Roadless Gear might also have an OEM Maruti unit available, too.

I hope that this helps!

If you need the parts Mikodaindustries (Mike) should be able to hook you up for a very reasonable price, I've done a ton of business with him and hes straight up. I took my back seat out and sold it so my pics will be useless to you but there is the loop and the two hinge looking things but it's dirt simple to do, you might have to run a thread corrector through the holes if someone applied paint or bedliner or something. Do you have the female seat belts to go with it?

It looks like you have the loop but the front looks different than I recall mine looking. It looks like that one bolts right to the floor in front. Once you pull up the carpet it will be clear where that loop goes, when you test fit the seat it should almost fall right into place. That loop should land about a foot (distant memory) from the tailgate in the center of the rear floor. I took mine out to make room for gear, besides I doubt it has the power to happily pull 4 people around.

That works so much better than me rattling on. Mine has a 10gal fuel cell mounted back there to and fills the area behind the former seat. It sounds like you got all the parts with it. I'm a big fan of anti seize when it comes to things that may rust bolts into place.

I hope it installs smooth and easy.
