Angry jIMNY STEERING WHEEL STABILIZER

Hi there,

Is there anyone out there who has installed a steering wheel stabilizer on their JIMNY? I think they are also known as Steering Shocks. My JIMNY'S steering is very unstable at times especially if your doing over 90km an hour with windy conditions you realy have to grip the steering whell tight to keep control. Someone told me you can install steering stabilizers on 4x4 vehicles and it realy makes a difference but I have no idea where I can find them.

I would appreciate any help.

Hi Emanuelle,

I had a steeringdamper mounted, as you can read in my post:
https://www.suzuki-forums.com/suzuki-...html#post78806

This does help against vibrations, sudden shocks (or windgusts) but the Jimny will always be vunerable for sidewinds because of its hight and wheelbase.

Cheers

Jeroen
