Unhappy Front end alignment rusty bolts (surface rust)

Hello all,

Need suggestions please. After installing new wheels and tires. Took the Samurai to get front end alignment. The part #3 (see pic) bolts are rusted (surface rust) and the shop was not able to loosen them. I've lifted the car using ramps on it side and am spraying Liquid Wrench every few hours. Have also the bolts with a hammer to loosen the rust/metal up.

Am thinking of using a propane torch on it (of course after I clean up the oil and have a extinguisher close by )

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Never mind. Got it taken care of. Since the car was from Michigan and to the salt on the road caused the rust issue. Solution was a wire brush, Liquid Wrench several times hours apart and and a pipe wrench.
