Default Trouble with Gas

i have an 1993 Suzuki Samurai and their is two hoses running from were i would full the gas to the gas tank but their is a third hose at the same area as the other hose hat is not connected and i dont want to drop the gas tank incase i am wrong.the Photo below will indicate were the third line was i have painted around the area in Red

There are quite a few different arrangements on the Samurai over the years. I assume most are different to meet each country's emission laws. This diagram looks like it may well be yours, you have the extra hole in the large rubber grommet. Not sure if this goes up front to the evap canister on this diagram.

Were woyld the Separator be located on the vechile itself?

If its similar to 86 & 87 models, it would be attached to the screw seen above your fuel fill hose, seen in your picture.
