Hey guys, installing my weber and don't know what to do with this thing. Picture is attached. Please help!

Cap it off maybe ??
The original Hitachi carb set-up looks a nightmare.....

Nope. Texas I believe. Anybody know if I should pull this thin off and cap the ports leading to it? Or just leave it.

That is the deceleration mixture control valve. Since part of the circuit is missing, you might as well pull it off and plug the manifold ports. Being incomplete, its going to give you problems, trying to adjust your new Weber.
