Default Lockrite- Install front or rear axle?

Got a deal on a used Lockrite locker. But not really sure if I want to install it in the front or rear axle. My Samurai is a weekend vehicle, but still spends most of its time on asphalt. When I do go off road, I usually spend 95% of the time in two wheel drive, sometimes in low range. Running BFG MT's and I hardly get any slippage. I'm leaning towards installing it in the front axle as I do tend to "hot foot" the Samurai when I drive it (Wahoo!) so it would not be a factor when driving on the street and would really only be used when I really need it off road when in 4wd. But I would like to hear what others think before I start the install.

95 Samurai, 3.5" lift, 30x9.5-15 BFG MT's, 4.16:1 transfer gears + other "stuff"
