First post on the site and would like to say a big hello and kick off with a Jimny techy question.
My Jimny was savaged last night by some mid night visitors who tried badly to take the car.
Result is not much damage in the way of ignition barrel/ door locks but they have wrecked the dash board clocks???? Go figure.
Anyhow have ordered a new set from main dealer (yikes)but cannot work out what needs to come out to get at the clocks.
I don't want to dismantle the whole dash IF there is a trick to it.
Does the black trim that surrounds the dash come out whilst leaving the majority in situ????

any help/tips or tricks would be very welcome at this time

Just thought I test the power of Suzuki forum for a quick tip before heading down the pestering dealers/specialist route.
Thanks
Would never have thought of that one

Here is the definitive answer........
To get at the clocks on a JIMNY

remove 2 x screw above clocks...on black plastic trim
Carefully tease out the Black trim with a screw driver
The whole 'Black' assembly gently unlocks from the grey dash section
Job done
