Default not receiving thread replay email notices

Not sure when it quit exactly. I guess within last couple of weeks or so, I have not been receiving emails when a subscribed thread receives a post. I went to my CP and I still have all my subscribed threads there.

Is there a particular setting I should recheck.

thanks
randy

I've had the same issue for months! Every once in a great while one will dribble in.

Same with PM e-mail notifications as well.

Hey guys,

Can you make sure you add [email protected] and [email protected] to your email safe list, your notifications could be sent into your junk mail.

Let me know if this has helped you both out.

Hey guys,

I sent both of your email addresses over to the tech team to see if they can check the logs to see if they can figure out what is happening with your notifications. They should also be able to check to make sure that your email did not make it onto the discarded email list. Case# 2143907. I'll let you know as soon as I hear word back from them regarding this issue.

just now saw this (did not receive thread notice)

I do not have either of the above in my Junk list. Plus, my email system still tells me when I receive junk email, it just moves it to a specified folder.

Thanks for checking.

Same here. No changes at my end either.

One thing (maybe coincidental though) is that I had to log in with my password on both of my computers, as opposed to my password being "remembered" as was always the case.

The two would be unrelated sadly. Do either of you have a different email you'd be willing to use for testing? Some providers like to throttle our email, hence the trickle in seen above

I haven't another e-mail address which to test.

Of note though...YESTERDAY (only) I received several e-mails noting subscribed threads posted to.

Prior to and today, nothing.

Also, I have not had to re-sign in to my account since last mention. I suspect that you folks reset my login / password needs one time during this recent troubleshooting effort.

Same issues continue today, BUT add to the list of oddities 100 or so of my PM's have disappeared!
Not sure exactly when THAT happened.

What IS the status of our "Case"?
