Default Sudden momentary loss of power at highway speeds

My wife has a 2006 Suzuki Reno, 47,000 miles, automatic.

Had the check engine light come on, was code P700 & P705, took it to the dealer and they replaced the transmission range sensor and flushed the transmission (which was a bummer as I just had that done 6-7 months ago).

A week later she was driving home from work on the interstate doing about 65-70mph and she experienced a sudden drop in power. Only lasted a second, my first thought was it may have slipped into neutral. But I doubt that it had because she noticed that the tachometer's needed had dropped down to 1000-1500rpm. If it were to have slipped into neutral, it would have jumped up in RPM significantly, or so I would think....

Think it's just the computer relearning? TRS need of adjustment? Or something else to consider?

Thanks!
