Default Check engine code p0499?

I'm not finding anything on this code or its definition when I search, but the code reader said this:

Definition
Natural vacuum leak detection (NVLD) canister vent solenoid circuit high

Explanation
The ECM has detected an open circuit condition on the NVLD circuit

Probable Cause
1. Open circuit condition
2. Poor electrical connection
3. Faulty NVLD solenoid

I've spent countless hours chasing down electrical gremlins on other cars, so I'm hoping it's that solenoid. Only problem is I can't find any information on where that NVLD solenoid is. Unless the tech who read the code had the wrong vehicle put in.

This past year I replaced the EGR valve gasket and eliminated a completely different CEL code, so you can imagine my annoyance at seeing a new one.

Thanks for the suggestions.

edit Googling only gives me a code for a Dodge Dakota, so I think I'd better get another person to read the code.

Check the EVAP Canister Purge Solenoid electrical connector right behind the valve cover on the right side. I've colored it red in the first pic, the second is a closer look. Good luck!
