Anybody know? without CEL?

good luck. the ECM pretty much relies on the o2 sensor. you'll need to find a way to wire a permanent voltage to the ECM so it thinks that your o2 is still there and reading the normal exhaust gasses. it is very possible, but you have to be pretty good with electronics

Anything is possible with the right amount of money, but not worth it, not in this case.

Well when illiminating catalytic converters, it is worth it in this case and it will cost you about $5 and a little bit of your time. Go have a look on google. "o2 sensor cheater". You will have an interesting read.

let us know if it works. my setup works fine so i don't need it, but who knows...i might decide to go full kinky exhaust sometime
