Angry suzuki reno changing shift rod

So I was changing the shift rod and my car because it broken off kwith me shifting crazy in the snow so I ordered another one and replace it and forgot to properly synchronize the shift linkage to the point where I can use all of my gears and now I cant use any gear and when I start the car it stays on at the same time my shifter is going thru all the gears with me not being abkle to change any gears.

what model, trans type and engine please.

I've just extracted this from the Daewoo Lacetti manual, I have this listed for the Forenza/Reno so I hope its correct.
See what you make of this, looks straight forward (famous last words ).
