Default Bypass for Forenza Alarm etc

Hello - we own a 2005 Forenza. When we purchased it we chose not to pay for some sort of alarm/entry system which was already installed. The dealer put in some sort of "chip" under the driver dash area to disable/bypass this system. I honestly cannot remember what the system was. The bypass thing has always had a few red lights on it in a row ( x x x x). Well yesterday we went to the car wash and all of the sudden we noticed the red lights are not on and we cannot remove the key. The car shuts off.

Does anyone have a fix for this? Our dealer no longer carries Suzuki and we have left a message with the 800 customer service line but no answer so far.
Thanks for any help

This might work,

Take of drivers side door panel... peel back plastic, to expose wires, tap into either a green wire or red, not sure what it might be with this system, look into it before doing it as to not fry anything,..

from the take speeker wire from the wire you tapped into to the positive batter tap it once then twice alarm should disable allowing you to take the key out, or take it to any security system store and have them completely disable the whole system thats your choice.
