Default 2005 Suzuki Forenza sedan. Are the ciggarate lighter power outlet & acc power outlet

the same 15 amp fuse? or are they two different fuses?

The main ciggarate lighter power outlet wont power on. I used a cotton swab soaked in WD-40 to carefully clean the rust buildup on the outlet. After it dried, I plug it my phone charger to see if the current was being blocked by the rust, but it still didn't power on.

The only power outlet that works is the ACC power outlet located in the bottom.

I don't see anything in the owners manual that says if both power outlets use the same fuse.

I currently have a front windshield dash camera connected to the ACC power outlet & I want to install one for the rear windshield as well. I don't want to hardwire to the fuse box because I'm afraid of messing up something.

Would it be a good idea to connect a power adapter splitter to the ACC power outlet?
