Default remote starter questions

I'm in the process of connecting up my remote starter... wishing I'd thought of getting quck splices BEFORE i started cutting up the ignition harness. and disappointed at how easy it was to start the car with a screwdriver in the switch part, i thought the reno's key had a transponder. i guess not.

anyway.

could anyone shed some light on what wire to get tach signal from? I think I can figure out the clutch bypass thing. and the parking lights and the door, i'm sure i can just splice into the switches

thanks for any insight

well, i figured it all out. for anyone interested, for tach i just spliced into a fuel injector wire, thedoor pin was probably the most pain in the butt because my reno gives +12v when door closed, not when door open, so i had to use a spdt relay.

i still don't really know how to get at the parking brake wire. clutch bypass was really easy too

Where are the parking light wires?
