can someone advise me where to find a cam sensor?

right in between the cam sprockets, if you remove the spark plug cover you can see it.

This website is really good... If you can't find the part by seaching for it, just email them. They were a lot of help for me... As for it being a necessity to replace I have no idea...

can i cause damage to the car while driving with this issue or is it just that it won't be able to sense if something goes wrong?
