Default Parts coming!!; Headers first!, strut bars bars, exhaust stuff, ect ect!

These headers and all other products I'm coming out with will be top notch! The price is higher than what some of you would like, but I decided I didn't want anything except the highest quality.

N/A header: The header is one piece stainless steel 4-2-1 header, 3/8" thick cold rolled steel flange, o2 sensor bung, 2.5" outlet. They are meticulously hand fabricated from the finest materials available. Trust me, if any header is much less money they're using shitty collectors at the very least! Price is $530usd. Before you say no way, take a look at well built quality headers for other, even popular cars. They're usually in the 600usd range so this price is good. Weights 9.3lbs, compared to the stock ~23lbs.

Mid pipe: Still working out the details. Will have two options, one with a very good hi-flow CAT and the other with NO CAT for those of you going race style. Will use nice stainless steel in 2.5" all the way through.

Turbo header: "Shorty" header. Basically half way between a regular log style manifold and tubular manifold as far as price goes, but closer to a tubular style manifold as far as performance goes...so the best bang for the buck. Price is $500usd and includes a 1/2" cold rolled steel, 3/8" turbo flange, and 3" v-bang kit.
Turbo down pipe: $325usd, 3" stainless steel... probably will be for a T3/T4 turbo. Will probably sell at a discounted price when purchased with a turbo header.

CAT-back: Haven't even started yet. But will most likely be using 2.25" piping all the way through using only a high quality muffler. Might have two choices of mufflers, or just one with the choice of no muffler so you can add that yourself.

These should all be done within 6 weeks and dyno'd. We will be getting started on the strut braces (front and rear) before the exhaust parts are even done. We also plan on starting, most likely within two months; Test pipes for both the first CAT (like syiths down pipe...doesn't work with my headers) and main cat, maybe hollowed out CATs with a straight pipe for inspections, hi flow CATs, Cat-backs, good motor mounts, stronger sway bar links, intake manifolds, roll bar w/ removable harness bar, a chassis brace that hides under the chassis, and possibly other things. Let me know if your interested in any of the last list cuz some of them are just ideas that won't happen unless there's real interest.

We can also make custom n/a/turbo headers, intake manifolds, ect ect. The price will just likely be $200usd more (don’t quote me). Examples would be tubular turbo headers, turbo intake manifolds. Both of which might go into production eventually. I also believe my fabricator said they do custom pistons/rods...but I'd imagine they'd be pricy.

Let me know what you guys think and if there are any other parts you're looking for! Cams is another one that I really want to produce, but my fabricator probably can't do them so I will need more time for those. Also aftermarket seat brackets, we're going to look into it and try to make something but it might be too tricky to bother with unless I KNOW there is lots of interest.

Also I'd like to add that I am now carrying bosharts parts. The CAI, Sway bars, and LSD. The first two are at the same price as BMS and is shipped straight from them (so sadly no shipping discount if you buy BMS stuff and Kinky stuff). I will have some sort of packages setup when the websites up (until then just email me about it) for handling packages...one will be a mix of whatever two you want and the best priced one will include sway bars, strut braces, apex lowering springs, and possible sway bar links if we make them.

Cheers!!!

yey! I'm glad to hear the progress of all these things. I'll be down for a N/A header, followed by the rest of the exhaust when finished.

Definetly interested in the N/A header, also the test pipe for the first CAT and high flow CAT. Thanks for all the hard work Kinky! I'm happy to see the few people doing what they can for us!

Thanks for bringing that up, I dont know. I'd assume they both use the same intake mani, if not it might be hard to get the drive-by-wire one cuz I need to find someone locally with one.

That'd be a pretty cool custom mani that I really wouldn't mind doing. Something I could show off a bit.

The n/a header will replace the first CAT. The high fow CATS for the main cat will be universal, but I'm gather allot of info from guys that have tons of exp. racing and whatnot to find the best one.

No problem!

yea I'd be happy to buy a header from you, as long as the rest of the exhaust will be completed. I'd like to buy them and have them around the same time, so I can install it all on one day (i'm usually very busy). How much do you it will cost for the whole exhaust, from header all the way through cat-back/muffler? and will you have a discount if you purchase it all the same time?

All of these things I would definately buy... But again I want the test pipes and not a high flow cat... Everything Else I would buy if not as soon as it came out, as soon as I got the money together...

This is awesome news Kinky!!! Keep up the work!

Well, the cat-back is the only thing that I donít know anything about yet. We're going to at least start on everything else (exhaust parts) before that and probably finish most of them. We will make the prototype cat-back soon cuz I need one badly but the shop doing all my work isn't sure yet if they can reproduce them, depending how our cars setup and if they have the room. Another thing is I won't be able to dyno it...unless I can find someone willing to help out with stock exhaust, then I need to see if it'll fit all models. I suppose renting a Reno wouldn't be that bad . The good thing is we wouldn't have to dyno a cat-back to see what will make the best performance as that's something that can be done pretty accurately on paper.

Yes I would have some sort of discount for buying a full system. Then small discounts for buying some here and there. The best discount would be if you got headers, hi-flow cat or test pipe, and cat-back.

Awesome. Don't need any info at this time though. Keep an eye out for when they're done!

cool. Incase you missed it the cat-back might be able, we haven't started even planning that. We will probably start having an idea of what we're doing there once we start on headers and my fabricator can have the car up in the air to look at the bends.

Cheers

Okay, so we deceided to sell a mid pipe seperate from the headers for those of you that wanna be cheap and only go with syiths downpipe. We'll probably connect it to a hi-flow CAT for a direct bolt it. The high flow CAT mufflers a bit better than stock, makes it a bit deeper sound (less raspy), has just as good emissions, and I think weights less too. Price won't be bad either. Then if there is intrest there we can have a full mid pipe for people that don't want a CAT at all, though the CAT isn't very restrictive.

Piping will be 2.5" from the start of the end of the headers untill after the CAT. We're trying to get good pricing on 2.25" piping for CAT-backs but it's not a very common size. I wouldn't recommend 2.5" CAT-back with the rest of Kinkys exhaust as that'd be way to big, and 2" would be way to small.
