How many miles are on your car? And how long distance are we talking here? But anyway you should have it checkout by the dealer.

If its a brand new car and you are just starting to drive it, it just might be the new parts starting to ware in. When i bought my car brand new, because the parts were new and not used, it smelled like that till they got worn in.

I bought it with 250 miles on it and I now have 1500. Long distance=to work about 45 miles.

It Seems like your car is still breaking in, but you should double check with your dealership just in case.

Can you smell where the plastic burning smell is coming from?
