Default 4 Bolts on Crankshaft Pulley

How in the hell do they come off? I cannot get them off for anything? I think whoever replaced the timing belt last time may of started to strip the bolts and now I don't know if I can get them out?

They are 6mm allen heads

Any advice?

for anyone else who might have this problem

So I realized that they are nearly impossible to get off at least for me.. no idea why I know the head gasket was replaced a while back which I didn't do, but I think the guy who did it stripped out one of the allen bolts somewhat.. I tried various ways to get the other 3 good ones out with no luck all stripped outr

I ended up just drilling them out so far, heating them up, and knocked the heads off with a hammer the head of the bolt is what held the most pressure after it was knocked off i spun the threaded part of the bolt out by hand
