Default Forenza low compression but no overheat

Hi everyone,

I have a Forenza 2007 with a mileage of 78K. For the past couple of months, it used to drain out a little bit of coolant and the mechanic said that its not a big deal! Then yesterday when I was in highway, AC on, with the speed of 80+, the check engine started to flash and the engine was rough when in idle. I took it to the mechanic and they did compression test it was like 180, 60, 60, 120. One mechanic said that I need to replace the motor! I showed it to another shop and the guy said that it would be solved by replacing head gasket and/or the head itself!
As the previous owner was a friend of mine, I know that last year, before I bought it, the timing belt and the head gasket has been replaced.
The only good thing is that the engine never overheated while I've been driving this car and based on this and the fact that the head gasket has been replaced last year, I doubt that I really need to put a new one again!
I found two remedies for my problem I was wondering if you believe they actually work or if you have any suggestions! I appreciate it in advanced.
1- Using blue devil head gasket sealant (But I found that it is used when you have overheating problem and my car never overheated after last year's head gasket replacement)
2- Using engine restorer
