Default 2004 Forenza, engine starts and die in few seconds

I have a 2004 Suzuki Forenza, it was working great before, but lately giving me a lot of trouble. Yesterday it was working fine, but I parked it at my house, after two or three hours later, when I tried to start it, it starts and shake a little bit, then just die. After a few tries, it still won't start, so I think it might be the fuel pump, I check the fuel pump relay and fuse, they all good. I checked the fuel pressure, if I just put the key to ON, the pressure is 30psi, but if I try to start it, it goes up to around 50, but still no start, I guess this is not good, right?

I recently replace the radiator, ECT sensor(the fan is not working, so I replace the sensor, and the fan is working fine now), spark plugs, spark plug wires.

Any thoughts on why is it not starting? I am guessing the problem is the fuel pump, but it is so expensive, so I want to make sure it is the problem before I go ahead and replace it.
