Have you checked where the marks line up in the service manual? I can't see any matching marks on the heads anywhere near the cam marks in your pics

hi.ok so your first problem is this. your car has an interfearence motor. the short of it is, you cant move the bottom without moving the top. if you need to only move the crank you need to remove the cams first so the pistons dont get forced up into the valves. theres really no way to know what damage there may be, if any at all, without pulling the head. stop trying to start the car. that can cause damage at this point. so what would i do. probably cry out of frustration lol then i would remove the cams and reset the bottom end to TDC then set the cams. the tensioner can be a real pain to set and will probably taqke a few times to get dont right. hopefully thatll get everything working as it should. let us know what happenes. anything else just ask

Sadly i didnt know you cant turn the crank with out the cams... either way i tried both ways still no dice. i have narrowed it down to i think either a fuel issues or my valves got fucked from trying to start it.... i had a mobile car technician come look at it he told me turning it over while trying to get the timing right wouldnt hurt the valves.... i told him it was interference and argues with him as he wanted to turn over the motor... he has been cerified for 27 years blahg blah so thats why i keep trying to start it cause he convinced id be fine... now as for the fuel issue... when i turn the key to on i do hear the fuel pump kick in for 2 seconds... now the pressure release valve net to the injecter it will spray some fuel (when pressed) after the system is charged... but not as much as one would think. from what i know its 40 -60 psi.... from the few drops i get in a quick mist i think its not up to par.... also if i spray wd 40 in the throttle body or a bit of gas the car does sputter ( not start) then will continue to turn over with nothing till i spray it again.... also i car does have spark cause i had a back fire and a nice big flame come out from two much wd40.....

the crank was only turned when the cams where set to tdc or attached to the cams so even if i was out 360 degrees on the crank would my valves not be hurt at all? also the fuel issues is a pain cause i just changed it 2 months ago and the smell of fuel in the car stayed in there for almost a month... sadly i was broke at the time to i had to get a used fuel filter
