Default Air-Fuel mixture adjustment for Every rear engine

Hi guys.... anyone knows hows the correct adjustment of air-fuel mixture screw for every rear engine carburator to minimized fuel consumption?
Is it turned clockwise or counterclockwise? how many turns if i start it from fully closed?
Your expert advice is very much appreciated...
Thanks in advance

info guys... clockwise turn will yield rich air and you will notice increasing rpm and vice versa.... note: on low air mix, you will notice clicking noise in the engine particularly when negotiating uphills... adjust to rich air if clicking is noticed... thanks
